Leftover Lasagna

I invented this one lasagna recipe with leftovers in my fridge!

Ingredients: cheese, bread, sauce, pasta, oil/fat

First line a baking pan with oil, butter, margarine, or any other type of oil/fat.

Use old bread even if it is different kinds (the end pieces, sweet bread, stale bread, bread that is too hard, anything unless it is moldy!) and lay it on the bottom of the baking pan.

If you wish you can then put over a layer of tomato sauce (cream, pesto, or other variation could work too and/or cheese.

Cover with any kind of pasta you have (different pastas all at once is fine too). I used spaghetti...

Next, cover in more cheese and/or sauce (keep layering these three if you wish) until you get to almost the top of the pan with the last pasta layer.

Put one more layer of sauce and cover with cheese and bake.

Because (in my variation) all ingredients are cooked, you only have to heat it up until the cheese turns golden but you can add other ingredients too and adjust the temperature and time.

I covered the pan in foil and put it on the lowest temperature setting and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.

Hope you find it as yummy as I did!
